The purpose of this researcher is to find out the implementation of the independent curriculum and evaluation of teacher competence in SMA Negeri 3 Slawi. This study uses a qualitative approach in the form of words from the observed actors. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Research on the implementation of the independent curriculum and evaluation of teacher competence. The results of the study stated that the independent curriculum was a change from the previous curriculum made by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kamendikbudristek) at SMA Negeri 3 Slawi which had implemented the independent curriculum for the new teachings in 2021. The characteristics of the independent curriculum were projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5), there are learning terms such as discovery learning, diagnostic tests, learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives flow (ATP) and teaching modules (MA). Meanwhile, the evaluation of teacher competence in an effort to improve the teaching and learning process at SMA Negeri 3 Slawi is a very important factor. These teacher competencies include Pedagogic Competence, Personal Competence, Social Competence, and Professional Competence. With existing competencies, teachers can provide good learning services so that quality learning is created.

This study aims to determine the Village Government's Strategy in Developing the Potential of the Religious Tourism Village of Syekh Maulana Mimbar's Tomb in Padakaton Village, Keuntungan District, Brebes Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods, the research design uses a descriptive design. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation.
The results of this research include: 1) The potential of the Tomb of Syekh Maulana Mimbar is able to increase the number of tourist visits 2). The strategies carried out by the village government in developing tourism potential are strategies to increase the role of government and society, strategies to improve facilities and infrastructure, tourism promotion strategies, community development and empowerment strategies. 3) The driving factor in the process of developing the potential of a religious tourism village is its lineage that reaches the Sultanate of Banten and Sunan Gunung Djati Cirebon. The inhibiting factor is the lack of promotion and innovation in the process of developing religious tourism

Pemertahanan dan Inovasi dalam Kesenian Pupuh Sunda Sebagai Kearifan Lokal dalam Konteks Global

Abstrak

Globalisasi berperan besar dalam terjadinya pergeseran pola kehidupan berbudaya manusia. Pergeseran pola kehidupan berbudaya tersebut ditunjukkan salah satunya dengan mulai ditinggalkannya kesenian tradisional. Salah satu budaya tradisional yang mulai ditinggalkan adalah kesenian Pupuh Sunda. Untuk menjaga eksistensinya, banyak dilakukan inovasi dalam kaitannya dengan upaya pemertahanan kesenian pupuh sunda sebagai salah satu kearifan lokal Masyarakat Sunda. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kepustakaan dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa pencarian terhadap penelitian relevan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini memuat kajian mengenai upaya-upaya tersebut pemertahanan eksistensi kesenian Pupuh Sunda dalam konteks global dalam kaitannya dengan pewarisan kebudayaan kepada generasi berikutnya.

Abstract

Globalization plays a major role in the shift in the pattern of human cultured life. This shift in the pattern of cultural life is demonstrated by the abandonment of traditional arts. One of the traditional cultures that is starting to be abandoned is the Sundanese Pupuh art. To maintain its existence, many innovations have been made in relation to efforts to maintain the Sundanese pupuh art as one of the local wisdoms of the Sundanese people. This research was conducted using the library study method with data collection techniques in the form of searching for relevant research that had been done previously. The results of this study include a study of these efforts to maintain the existence of Sundanese Pupuh arts in a global context in relation to cultural inheritance to the next generation.
